I Upgraded to Samsung Galaxy Ultra and Need a Wallet Case
I grabbed the Oterkin S26 Ultra wallet case for one reason: the S26 Ultra is already a big phone to carry, and adding a separate wallet felt like overkill. Two cards, an ID, and my phone in one hand, that’s the pitch. The question is whether a $20-range wallet case can protect those terrifying camera lenses while actually holding cards you can get to quickly.
I hadn’t put it on my phone yet when I started filming, so this was a real first-impression test. Let’s see how it actually works.
What The Oterkin Case Is Built Around
The kickstand is the first thing you notice on the back, a metal-feeling arm that clicks into both portrait and landscape without wobbling. The card slots sit in the same panel, behind the phone, so the whole rear of the case is doing double duty. Oterkin also embeds RFID blocking rated to stop 13.56MHz scanning, which covers contactless credit cards and most transit IDs.
All the buttons you’d want are there. You’ve got access to the charging port, the microphone, the stylus, and a cutout up top for the speaker. And there’s proper protection built around the cameras, which matters more than usual on this phone.
Those Sticking-Out Lenses Sit Almost Flat
Those raised S26 Ultra lenses stop sticking out once the phone sits in the case, the 3.0mm border drops around them and protects the glass. If you’ve held the Samsung Galaxy Ultra bare, you’ve seen it, the lenses all poke out a little and beg to get scratched on any flat surface.
So I popped the phone in. It just snaps right in. And once it was seated, those lenses are almost flat now and really well protected. The 3.0mm raised border drops down around them, so even if you dropped it, it’s going to hit that ring instead of the glass. That was the moment that sold me on the camera protection.
In the hand it feels comfortable. It’s easy on the hand, a little bit soft feeling on the grip, and I like that. The kickstand still works fine with the phone in, both portrait and landscape.
The Fifth Card Is Where It Gets Tight
The fifth card slot is wobbly and tight; four cards fit comfortably, five requires deliberate placement and careful removal. I started with three cards because three felt like plenty of space. Four went in easy. Pushing to five, though, it got wobbly and tight. It does close on five, it’s just a little bit tight.
So when you open it, you’ve got to kind of know which one you’re grabbing. My workaround: put your most common card on top, that way you’re constantly getting to it instead of digging. If you keep it to three or four, none of this is an issue. Five is the ceiling, not the comfortable number.

Who This Case Actually Fits
Buy this if you carry 3, 4 cards daily and want them attached to your phone instead of in a separate wallet. If you carry a debit card, a credit card, maybe an ID and cash, and you’d rather have all of it attached to your Samsung Galaxy Ultra, this does exactly that. The RFID blocking is a nice add for anyone who worries about card skimming on the train or in a crowd.
It’s also for people nervous about that camera bump. If you’ve dropped a phone and shattered a lens before, the raised protection here is going to help you sleep. And if you watch videos hands-free at your desk or in the kitchen, the kickstand locking in both orientations earns its spot.
My Advice Before You Order
This case fits the S26 Ultra 6.9″ only; the button cutouts and camera opening won’t align with S24 or S25 Ultra models. Decide up front whether you can live without wireless charging, because this all-in-one card holder blocks it. That’s the real trade-off, not a small one.
Plan for three or four cards, put your daily driver on top, and this case mostly disappears into your routine. Ignore that and load in five, or expect to drop it on a charging pad at night, and you’ll resent it inside a week. For everyone else upgrading to the S26 Ultra who’d rather pocket one thing instead of two, the camera protection alone is worth the trade.
