You hit play because you’re curious about this supplement. Here’s the thing. I had not opened the Immuneti Advanced Immune Support bottle, and I hadn’t taken one. The brand sent it to me to open up, show you the packaging, show you what the pills look like, and put one on my tongue to see if it gives me the ick. So that’s what I did. And I’m going to make zero claims that it made me feel better and all that stuff, because I took exactly one, and one pill doesn’t prove anything.

That’s not a selling point buried in fine print; it’s the thing most likely to change your morning. If your diet is already fiber-heavy, two pills a day will make that very obvious, very fast. Not a complaint. Just arithmetic.
Everything else on there is the vitamins, the C, the zinc, the D3, the blah blah blah blah blah. Six ingredients in one pill is the real pitch of an immune support supplement like this. It Reminds Me of Mayonnaise
The bottle smells like mayonnaise the moment you open it, a jarring contrast to the elderberry-and-garlic formula inside.
Then the pill itself. I held one up next to a quarter and it’s just a tiny bit smaller than a quarter. Decent size. If large pills are a problem for you, that’s your answer right there. Put a quarter in your palm, take a little off it, and that’s what you’re swallowing twice a day.
The taste test: I let one sit on my tongue for a few seconds to see if it would turn on me. It didn’t. I do start to notice the taste coming through after a bit, but it wasn’t horrible. And here’s the thing, you’re not going to let it sit there on your tongue that long anyway. Water, swallow, done.

How I’d Actually Start Taking It
Start at one pill a day, not two. You get a 30-day supply at two per day, so going half-dose to begin with stretches it and lets you see how you feel, especially with that fiber load. Take it at the same time each day so you have some consistency. Then commit to 30 days before you decide anything. The bottle is sized for exactly that, so you have no excuse to quit at day seven when the fiber is still catching you off guard and you haven’t settled into a routine yet.
