I found a cell phone stand that requires no assembly, I just pushed it into place and I was done. Where I really see the value is going vertical for a live TikTok or Instagram without holding your phone and bouncing all over the place. It doesn’t lock into place real great, but it holds.

Push Together Cell Phone Stand, No Screws Needed
I opened the box and pushed the two pieces together, no screws, no hardware bag, no Allen key hunt. You just push this together and you were done, which is really nice. No little bag of hardware, no fiddling with an Allen key on the floor. If you’ve ever cracked open a “some assembly required” box and lost twenty minutes, this is the opposite of that. This is a cell phone stand built for one job: holding your phone vertical and still while you go live or record Reels solo. If that’s you, it earns its spot on the desk.
How the Stand Actually Moves
Height adjusts 150, 269mm via a rear push-button slider; the mechanism is simple and responsive. That’s the whole mechanism. The height runs from 150 to 269mm, so about 5.9 to 10.6 inches of travel, which is enough to get your face where you want it on camera. There’s a padded rubber section that moves back and forth to grip the phone, and it’s case friendly up to 0.71 inch thick.
The base is weighted metal with rubber feet, and the support rod is aluminum. My phone was in a case and it dropped right in. Nothing about it felt cheap.
Going Live Without Holding the Phone
I opened up Instagram, hit live, and my face popped up on the screen while the phone just sat there. That’s the whole pitch. Trying to hold it is like you’re not steady at all, you’re bouncing around, it’s all obnoxious. Prop it on the stand and you go full vertical, hands free, and the shot stays still.
The full-vertical, hands-free shot is the whole reason to own this over a random tripod. Set the height once, step back, hit record, and your phone stays exactly where you put it, whether you’re dancing, cooking, or just talking to camera, without a friend holding it steady off to the side.
One thing I liked more than expected: you can keep the phone charged and plugged in the whole time. I ran a cord over to it, plugged it in, and kept myself powered during the stream. For a long live, that matters more than people think.
It Doesn’t Lock Into Place Real Great
The height slider is the weak spot. It doesn’t lock into place real great, but it does hold when you release it. Push the button and it’s easier to move, let go and it grabs, but it will still move if it’s not locked in. So if you bump it mid-stream or slide your phone in a little rough, don’t be shocked if the height creeps.
It’s not a deal-breaker. For sitting there running a live, it stayed put fine once I set it. But if you’re expecting a bank-vault clamp that won’t budge under any nudge, this isn’t quite that.

Who Gets the Most Out of This
Best for solo creators: live TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Reels recording without a second camera operator. The person doing live TikToks from the couch, running an Instagram live while cooking, or filming Reels without a friend to hold the camera. Going vertical is the whole reason you’d pick this over a random tripod, and it nails that.
It’ll prop your phone for a video call or a recipe just fine, but that’s not what it’s optimized for. The live-streaming and Reels crowd will use every inch of its 150, 269mm height range; everyone else is paying for features they won’t touch.
What I’d Tell You Before Buying
Set the height once and leave it, since the slider will still move if it’s not locked in. Get it dialed in for your shot, then don’t keep bumping it. And check your case setup: it’s friendly up to 18mm, but bulky ring holders, wallet cases, or finger grips on the back may not seat right. Pop those off and the phone drops in clean.
